They are a bad company in condominium and they are not professionals
And They always charge without putting a warning
This place is the worst company in apartment that I know they are people without professionalism they say something to you and when you claim they say that they were not what they said. They charge you for everything they do not give you a warning of nothing just charge and do not care the opinion of the people who live in their apartment I do not recommend it to anyone and I will do whatever it takes for everyone to know the kind of cheeky they are. who work in the office of these apartments
Best apartments in Pooler. The staff is so sweet and always goes above and beyond for me and my husband. The bad review sounds personal lol This is a great place to live.
So when I moved in I found mold stains in a interior closet, it appears that their fix was painting it well about two weeks later the stains reappeared and now a stain came through the bedroom exterior wall and grew. it was treated from the inside but what about the mold on the inside of the wall the mold came from the inside out.. not addressed i requested to be moved and it was denied because it cost so much to relocate someone.. really what about my health ?? My friend cannot visit because she is allergic to mold and starts to have breathing issues. recently I am infested with roaches, I am a clean freak so thats not the issue, I called and complained they came right out and " treated" since then i have killed two more in two days I would have thought nothing would be around after treatment guess i am wrong..so I filed for early termination and they are holding me to the 2 month penally cause, all i wanted was to be moved and it would have been fine now i gave my notice and have to find somewhere else to live.. when shopping for a new place i would explain the situation... without even telling them were i live they already knew, so what does that tell you. Try to find cooperates phone number good luck with that my advise is to stay away it looks nice from the outside and the amenities are nice but if you want a healthy living space thats bug free look somewhere else because they do not seem to care about the well being of there residents if so i wouldn't have been told moving someone cost so much money they would have done it
Not worth your money. I have heard so many complaints, after we move in of course! We will NOT be staying. Not a very good management either.
