The Corners at Holcomb Bridge

The management is lack luster, I called twice to get them to send me a floor plan and spoke a male and a female and never received. They also wanted me to put a deposit on a unit before I saw it, to hold it. Absurd.

PLEASE READ!!!!! DONT MOVE HERE !! I am writing this review as a current resident who is very very unhappy with my unit the ROACHES is my biggest problem I have only lived her for about 5 months now and have yet to live without seeing roaches in my unit constantly I have bug bomb 3 times , raid traps , sticking traps , boric acid and have my dad come in spray with strong poison stillll I have told the leasing constantly that I have bugs I am very clean I clean everyday doesnt matter . The office is hard to get in touch with late response no call backs your not notified when somebody comes unit to do a job , I have pest control recently come in my home to ensure the bugs are gone I have asked the office to have my neighbors sprayed but they have yet to do that even when pest control stated I dont have bugs its coming from your neighbor . The neighborhood its self needs to be remodel all together . Your neighbors are loud with the music all night . Kids playing outside very loud and cussin and screaming all day . The walls are thin you can hear your neighbors whole conversation . Leasing office people really dont care about you just want your money nothing ever gets fixed properly and in timely manner I have to harass them to fix simple things there is always something not eneough maintenance people they need to hire the correct amount of employees. I cant wait until my lease is up so I can move out sooo fast I will never live here again and would not recommend anybody to live here . You can find another place .

I am a resident in this appartement since mars 2015. Maintenance never shows up and today I found a snake in my bedroom. I made multiple calls to the office but no one was able to help. A snake and, no concern from their part. Please,this is not a place to stay.
