The office staff and maintenance teams are so great. The best I've ever known!
I haven't lived in an apartment in about thirty years so I am not the best judge of what makes this apartment better than others. It seems nice, well kept, staff goes out of their way to be helpful...even when some residences are obviously crazy, problems are handle quickly, lay out of buildings is attractive. The only real criticism I have, and one that I am sure would be cost prohibitive to fix, is to make it so you did not have to hear the people above you who sound like they move their furniture from one side of their apartment to the other every other day. I have never heard of anyone who had upstairs neighbors who did NOT struggle with this problem but if there was a way to build places that were a reasonable price AND were sound proof, you would corner the market on apt living. I knew what I was getting into with a lower level apt but it's still annoying at times. Overall, though, I am impressed with the amount of effort which is put into making ppl happy.
The only Issue that we have been having is with the Water Cockroaches. I've spoken with other residents in different buildings and they have all had similar issues with this. I really like it here and want to renew my lease but If I keep seeing these bugs in my apartment I am going to reconsider moving somewhere else.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
