This is dumpster Malik and Andre just want give empty promises it is so dirty maintenance suck bunch of incompetent they wont fix stuff but they want your rent ASAP.

I moved in last June and had the pleasure of meeting Andre and Ms Areatja who both got promoted and are hardly well never here. They were so warm and professional I asked if you ever have an apt in the front I want to be by you guys.
Now with all the renovations incidents we have had they remembered my request and called me when one was available I only had to ask onetime and they remembered that is OWESOME PROPERTY CUSTOMER SERVICE even the new reps Camille and Malik love them too I trying to get more co workers in here so we can save some gas riding to work

This place its old felthly nasty no maintenance staff new owner dont care how people are living in this place breezeway are nasty garbage can always full the s garbage smell it's out of control all thoses review's are fake no one here is happy with the nasty unprofessional work ethic of this people here there's nothing new..everything still all the old same amenities work order never get done...only the main office was rebuilt mold..issue. leaking. No ac. Wall hole ceiling falling nothing got taking care dont even even waste your time or money it's the worse complex in the area...

This complex is beautiful the staff was so welcoming compared to all the other apartments in the area Im so excited to move into my new place !! Andre has been amazing !!
