DO NOT LIVE HERE! I've lived here for 5 years because unfortunately it's not the easiest to continuously up and move, so yes that is my fault. The water is always being turned off. They'll give maybe an hour notice via email and then still turn it off before that time, yet don't worry your water bill will be more than the months you actually have running water. Took 4 days to fix my A.C. during the middle of summer. Psychos scream and yell during the early hour mornings calling their neighbors fat b**** because I guess someone made some noise. I don't even live above this individual but could still hear him screaming through the walls. Then at 6:30am he knocked on my door. Overall a terrible, unreliable apartment community that raises the price $100+ every year, yet does no upgrades to the inside of the apartment.
The management staff has always been nice but you could do better living in your car, you'd prolly have more running water.
The floor plans are spacious and nice; however, don't allow that to fool you. There are usually only 3 consultants working in the office when for a neighborhood this big, you need way more. It shows in the lack of communication from the office staff to maintenance. If you get your maintenance request tended to within 2 weeks then you're doing good. I've had to go to the leasing office several times for the sane maintenance issue. It's as if they do not care. The quality of the apartment is equally bad with uneven walls and cracks being covered up by paint, which doesn't work in the least bit. There are a plethora of stray cats. One just had a litter and I found them in my storage due to their being a hole in the door that's been there since I moved in. I told the manager in the office and she said there's nothing she can do about the cats and they stool haven't fixed my door. That's scary. Try going in your storage sand there are stray cats in there with their babies. You do the math. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I'm very disappointed that I didn't look at the reviews beforehand. I still have a substantial amount of time on my lease. That, too is disappointing.
Apartments themselves are spacious and nice. Maintenance for the complex though is lacking and they are slow to clean up trash around bins. Very nice setting.
This is probably the worst place I've ever lived. The outside is nasty, trash all piled up in the streets, litter all over the park and bugs everywhere. The inside was dirty when we moved in and we had countless issues that were never fixed like a giant water spot in the kitchen and a leak that took two weeks to repair. The bug guy had to come every week and it still didn't help. The neighbors upstairs were so loud at all hours of the day and the people in the front office were rude and not very helpful.
I like it a lot, the floor plans are really spacious, just needs some TLC to the landscaping and the exterior property in general.
