I like the fact that they handle situations immediately, whether its pest control, plumming, clraning issues.

The office failed to fulfill promises about routine items such as carpets and paint. This has happened 2 years in a row now. They also do not seem to care that someones car alarm goes off all hours of day and night at the slightest noise of a car passing it. The office is not as friendly as they once were. When paying rent we are not greeted or even a Thank You is spoken.

From the time of move in and my review of the apartment it was not suitable for living conditions. From Jan-2014-Oct-2014 when we sent in our notice to quite possession of the apartment, each Month above became more of a nightmare with work orders for repairs. This was an apartment that should not have been rented out until it became up to rental specifications. To have up the Rent on this apartment to over $700.00 was certainly not a good business decision. $300. at best. We feel refund is due.

Spring Lake is a very beautiful community, with beautiful apartments, and equally as impressive management and maintenance staff. The work orders, are maintained at minimal level, with less than 10 open daily, this is very impressive when compared to other communities. The rents for a one bedroom start at $700, Spring Lake is the nicest community in the sub-market, and the rent is very reasonable, including, water, sewer, garbage, pest control-when needed, and Comcast cable.

My rent increased $125 per month because of upgrade sin the community that I am not benefitting from. I do not have new appliances and many other current residents have recieved them. I also have not been reprinted after residing here for 3 years. There is also an issue from July/August, where my AC united was not services properly, causing my electric to be $84, instead of the usual $20. I have a pending complaint for reimbursement

Thank you for the notice, the rental increase equation is the same for all apartments. The increases are the result of the all the exterior renovations and beatification to the community.
