KRC Reserve

KRC is the best apartment I have ever applied for. Neenah was very helpful and trusting, and all the other staff members were friendly as well. I will recommend KRC to anyone.

The office personal Mr. Fabian was so so so friendly while being absolutely professional- We looked at the apartment - it was nice - thinking about moving there BUT the whole place can take a painting , the apartment building numbers are all faded and look real drab and old .- needs a good pressure wash and painting The fridge does not have an ice maker -

Office staff are extremely rude and have zero customer service skills, especially the manager. Maintenance are as well when they come out to do work on the unit. It's apparent that rudeness toward tenants is the culture for all employees here. It's disheartening to pay over $1300/month for a home and have to deal with people who absolutely should be professional, yet they constantly treat you with disdain and act as if you're less than them.

Never heard back from anyone

my roommate called and scheduled an appointment with one of the staff there. We drove TWO hours there and they told us the apartment was rented out already. We didnt even get a courtesy call. Terrible business management on their part.

The application process was terrible. I had to keep calling for about a month and they waited last minute to process it. The apartment I applied for was non existence.
