If I could put a -100 starts on this I would.. 7Ive been here since August 2021, I have never had a problem when it came to the rent payments. Ive been dealing with this current situation since Febraury. I have paid all my rent payments and I am being charged for something that has already been paid. Ive been emailing with a representative at the office and they have asked me for proof of my payments. I have sent receipts, money order receipts and bank statement and my account is still not updated. I was trying to pay my March rent through moneygram and the account has been restricted that I cannot make my rent payment unless I pay "the whole amount owed". After several emails with 2 representative from the office after certain concerns on my part Esther Cuevas responded to my last email with this " unprofessional and disturbing email "You are very comical with your rude educated attitude. Please read your ledger and get your facts in place and I advise to stop being stubborn. I am not here to waist my time. If you choose to work with me great, if not, your rent is in jeopardy at this moment due to nonpayment." It was disrespectful and also after doing my part on providing proof of my payments she keeps asking for more proof of payment. I am not able to make any payments provoking my balance higher and accumulating and probably to get kicked out because of payments that I have already made.

I gave one star because of the lack of service, Ive received, not because I would not recommend living here. Never could get anyone on the phone and no-one has called me back. I have called several times. Also drove over there and the office was closed.

Vida Apartments has RATS! All the the apartments building have Rats ! I do not recommend moving to these apartment complex ! The dumper is always overflow , the management is unbelievably rude , all they do is raise Rent and do not care for anything ! The roof are falling and remember they have Rats ! I am moving out this month . it is sad after years living at this complex what use to be a amazing place to raise a family ! Now its a nasty place to live !

Must be new management. I found them to be very helpful and willing to go over and above to accommodate. Office staff proved bubbly and outgoing. Definitely people-orientated. I was pleased because of the clean appearance and the well-maintained units. Looking forward to a long term relationship

The customer service was poor on numerous occasions. The quality of the apartment itself was poor as well. Maintenance also took a very long time to fix things.

The community is OK. They do offer Zumba classes at the community center. They have events about once a month to every other month. If your into the events and activities it's good to get you involved.
