Do not rent here! I REPEAT, DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Management is HORRIBLE! The bugs are uncontrollable and dare not to submit a service request for anything in your unit because it will not be handled in a timely or professional manner! It's one thing to be rude not solve your resident's issue that they are paying you to house here but to have the never to tell them their complaint is not an emergency! The ignorance that comes from the office staff is unbelievable! If you want somewhere friendly, clean and nice to stay, do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere!
I only clicked one star because there is not an option for zero stars. This place is awful. Ridiculous. The management needs to get their act together and start taking this complex seriously. All of the remodeling is great, but the true underlying problems are not being fixed. Management is very unempathetic because they dont have to live here. The bugs are ridiculous. If Pest control doesnt fix this within the next two weeks, we are moving out and so are other friends of ours who have also complained. They are not enforcing protocol that is in the lease agreement about others smoking inside the apartments, and thus the smell carries to other surrounding apartments with no action from management.. I do not recommend this place to anybody even though it is located in a nice area close to good shopping. Go to Johns Creek and live there instead. Its bad when you have to hire your own external exterminator to come out. Upper management will be contacted about this, as well as the health department in reference to mold, bugs, old plumbing, old gas/water heater wiring,,electrical wiring, and the living environment being healthy.
I lived there about 1 and half year ago. The location is great which is very convenient to good restaurants, and close to The Forum Plaza. The neighbors are quiet. However, the staff work there are not helpful. Also, there's a lot of bugs. Especially the maintain service. They came slowly do nothing, but leave a paper said: "done".
