This use to feel as if it was a community. I no longer feel that way. The parking lot is like a used car lot with vehicles that have not MOVED IN MONTHS!!! Cars of residents that have Florida and Tennessee tags and even some with outdated tags. I feel that the complex itself is in need of a drastic upgrade. All my appliances and carpet and cabinets are out of date and look hideous. I pay an outrageous amount for the unit that I live in.

We're very sorry that you no longer feel at home in our community. We want our residents to have the convenience of ample parking, and our courtesy patrol completes a routine inspection and reports all illegally parked or inoperable vehicles to management so we can take the proper steps to remove them. Furthermore, upkeep is important to us, and we hope you will reach out to us about any areas of your home or our common areas that need attention.

The upkeep of the property itself is horrible. Cobwebs in the staircase and breeze ways. The turn around on repairs unsatisfactory. The unit I reside in continually has a leak in the kitchen faucet that I've reported numerous of times; resolution was it's fixed, NOT!!!
