Great location! Not even 3 miles to shop or eat. AMC 24 is just around the corner.

Since the New owner and management team took over the difference has been like night and day. The parking lot fixed. The lighting around the complex an in the breezeway?fixed. Securing the property with cameras?fixed. Updating the apartments with interiors that don't look and feel cheap. fixed. And power cleaning the complex, cutting back the tree's, working on improving the community as a whole. It's receiving what you're paying for, and more. When my family comes from out of town to visit I'm proud of where I live. The staff is on site and WORKING each day. They are professional in every way. I LOVE IT. If you want peace and quiet, security, a decent home, friendly but professional, caring staff,? WELCOME to the New RETREAT AT BAYWOOD.
