I recently moved in 2 months ago and it was the best decision I made. I looked at several communities in the area but this one stood out above the rest. The best part was my unit looked exactly like the model I was shown, unlike prior experiences with other complexes where they show you one thing but give you something different. The office staff is both friendly and professional, and the only time that I have had to request maintenance they came the next day.

hand count it three representatives from the flats and they were sorely lacking there was only one professional amongst a bunch that you understood customer service the housekeeping staff extremely rude and unprofessional very disrespectful their management team do not follow proper guidelines oak apartment renting very shady will leave you out to dry when it comes to information have you waiting a whole month and then come up with an unbelievably unprofessional excuse of why they did not give you information about the apartment and you renting it they will not judge you off your credit score or your work history or your background check there are some deep dark shady things going over there so I would recommend you not waste your time and go somewhere else

I love it here! Been here 2 years. Staff is wonderful! My kids love it here and it's close to everything. The Maintenance guys are always nice. They also food program to feed the kids and the pool is open
