Ongoing issues with water damage, mold and mildew for years... current staff: Property Manager hard to reach and other office staff never seem to know anything; possibly because they are rotated in and out often...Maintenance Supervisor puts on a great Act pretending to know a lot but pushes 95% of the work on to the actual knowledgeable maintenance worker...Maintenance Supervisor is very unprofessional in that he will argue with and talk about other staff and tenants in front of other tenants...the Maintenance Supervisor will walk the property and come up with bogus write-ups and have the property manager add it into tenants accounts and the tenants won't know anything about it until they receive a statement on their door stating they have a past due or charge on their account they have no clue about... and instead of the property manager verifying herself any of these things he brings to her she just writes them into your account... the biggest issue with this property is the water damage that has not been properly addressed for years so it's in the walls and foundation of the units...and around the windows.
