Excellent and highly recommendations

I highly recommend this community! As a single mom I was concerned about my late night arrivals. Once I moved in I felt very safe. No hanging in breezeway no hanging out in front of the buildings. The property manager Mrs Belinda is a true Gem she's filled with a welcoming spirit, she and the staff are amazing. They're very big on Customer satisfaction and no matter what the problem is you may solve they bend over backwards to help you resolve it and actually take into consideration when life happens. I have lived in communities where your just a number to the staff. The staff here just brings life I say the property management staff from heaven! Always dressed nice office smells awesome The grounds are always clean pretty flowers blooming as you enter the complex and they're always doing things for the community as a whole. Job fairs on the grounds recently they had movie night on the lawn for the children. How awesome is that. I'm staying here until I purchase my house

The gym closes once the leasing office closes, so if you work a 9 to 5 you gym here might at well not even exist. The pool is small and often dirty and the tennis court has a chain on it. The amenities are clearly limited. The only thing youre paying for is the apartment itself which is built cheap everything breaks and maintenance is slow to get it fixed. They had the entire complex pressure washed and its already back to looking dirty with spiderwebs everywhere. Very basic apartments.
