They have nice clean apartments available. Great amenities. The office staff is always helpful and willing to help make my stay here comfortable. Out of all the apartments I considered, Im glad I chose The Springs!

The worse place to live. Do not waste your money. Would not recommend or renew my lease. The staff is horrible!

Parking is horrible, noise levels from adjacent neighbors is ridiculous (Ive complained to the leasing team and things havent chabged clearly they havent addressed the neighbors) leasing staff is rude and phony especially the light skin lady, but maintenance is great. Ill break my lease before I continue to pay to live here in the Slums of McDonough.

This place is terrible, the noise, the people who live Hearn are rude and inconsiderate. The price would be fair if it was a quiet safe place. I will not recommend or renew my lease after my year is up.
