I would not recommend no one to live in this roach, mildew and mold place. The management sucks, they want to talk to you like you are the stupid one. They know that I have a problem with mold, mildew and roaches and they want me to pay to terminate my lease I did not cause this problem! Management offer to cover up the problem. I WANT OUT OF THIS DUMP!!!!!!!!

The place is filthy. The buildings up front are clean so you see nice models but as soon as you get past 400, it is a slum. They do not maintain the property at all.

I love living here! I have been a resident of Preston Creek Apartments since 2016, in the short time I have here the staff has always be on top of every request I have had . I had a very smooth move in and my apartment was immaculate . The leasing staff is always helpful and willing to do what they can to assist in making the community a even better place to live .
