Ghetto! The dog poop everywhere on the property. Being awaken by landscapers every darn morning. One trash compactor that is alllllllll the way in another neighborhood lol. And its always overflowing. But, yeah i hate it here ;(

Ok, we have been in our apartment since July and since then our stove, plumbing, air vent in the bathroom, my master bathroom tube, the drawer in my kitchen, the repeat spider bites in my face and my son's side, my mailbox, and my A/C has been down for now 2 months. I have emailed corporate, I even have over 10 open tickets for maintenance, and I have emailed the property manager. So far nothing but lies. Maintenance will come, after I go sit in the front office, to fix it only to make things worse every time. I'm at my wits end because its cold in my apartment and I'm being told to use my emergency heat but that's not working. Help!!!

The manager is really awesome

I have visited this property a few times. I love the apartments because they are spacious. The complex is very nice and quiet. The rental office ladies are very nice except for the new lady. She is not very nice, not genuine. The garbage dumpster is the only thing I do not like. My friend that lives here loves it so I will be putting in my application. Thank you miss maria for your hospitality,

The new management is doing a fantastic job! This place looks better and better as days and months go by. Its sad that people cant see the Manager Valerie is doing what should have been done for years and I mean her job! I want to personally thank her for enforcing the rules and getting people out that dont need to be here! The people complaining about someone doing their job dont need to live here. I have been here for 6 years and this is the first company and Manager that has ever really cared about this property!!!! Valerie and your team dont leave and dont change because youre doing a super job and the property looks great!

High prices for a bad apartment complex, terrible customer service, and even worse maintenance team.
