All of the personnel are extremely friendly and helpful. You can tell they take pride in taking care of their tenants.

The walls are super thin and you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. You sheets have people littering on the grounds. Staff is unprofessional. They move you in at a reasonable rate and when it's time for renewal they continue to inflate the price each year. Yet, you have an abundance of empty apartments.

I gave Carrington Green a "good" rating because I have experienced bad apartment living in the past. It is a nice place to live. I love the layout of my apartment, but there's always room for improvement in other areas.

It's a very quiet and safe place. It would be nice if they offered free carpet cleaning after renewing lease.

Some of the staffs are extremely rude, they cater to tenant with animals better than family with children. Very unfriendly place to live . The rail road is right behind the complex so it is extremely noisy. It took the hole year that i lived there to get a leak fixed, which destroy a lot of my stuff.
