Ad is very deceiving, was told a washer and dryer in every unit or a hook up, guess what dont have neither one.

Not what I expected, roaches running around like they pay rent. 5 stars for maintenance only,

Mold. Mold. Mold. It's literally coming out of the vents Getting management to send maintenance is next to impossible. They even charge you for air filters every month that they DO NOT REPLACE. Pest service? Good luck, it's a rarity, but you're literally paying for it. Oh yeah,and all these nice responses from the "property manager" that you see here? They never respond. The parent company doesn't respond to emails. Nor do they answer the phone (always "busy"). I call them to help with preventative maintenance (like hearing drips from the attic or in the walls, maybe there's a leaky gutter outside)? Cool, we'll be right on that. They check mark the box on their online maintenance "portal", claim it was completed, and call it a day. They never follow through. Expect your water to be turned off for random "maintenance emergencies". Late on the rent by one day? Immediate charge. There is no three day grace period here. They're late for necessary maintenance? No rebate. They give you the run around for the term of a lease? Expect no return on investment. Expect your rent and fees to go up every leasing cycle. Exponentially. There's a reason this place has changed ownership four times in six years. Each company tries to maximize its profits as land values go up due to the Brave's stadium then jumps ship to let it be someone else's problem. And that game day traffic? Expect the 3/4 mile drive to the 75 exit to take an hour. Good luck getting to work on time. Google Fiber is the only good thing going here. Unless you're a gamer with extremely low standards and a big wallet, STAY AWAY.

This was one of my first apartments back in 2007 when it was crescent at windy hill and rent was $600 a month
