They have community activities with residents such as Game Nights and Pool Parties at least once a month. Every maintenance request is answered quickly and fixed promptly and they will go the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. Also, the buildings and landscapes are maintained and cleaned often.
Giving two stars only because they're very quick to come out for issues, but the quality of a repair ranges from top notch to complete crap. I have lived in two different units in this location and both times have had water pour in from the unit above. I do not blame the Falls for my upstairs neighbors incompetence, but their response was only to place a dehumidifier in my apartment and then spray paint over the discoloration. If the spaces between units are full of mold I wouldn't bat an eye. To their credit I will say that any time I've needed a new appliance it was replaced same day.
That said, the dishwasher is useless in all units. Its not broken, it just sucks, so you'll be hand washing all of your dishes.
I have had roaches in my unit since day one. They sent Massey exterminators out the first time, and after that did nothing I took matters into my own hands. If you keep roach traps out and around the apartment you shouldn't have any issues.
I only returned the second time because I was in a bind and needed a place fast. Do your self a favor and avoid The Falls at Sope Creek unless you really have no other choice.
Do not trust the images you may find online of the inside of their units, they are not nearly that nice on average. The display they use is not the unit you'll get.
The representative was very rude, telling me that i may have to drive 30 minutes or more because i live in Atlanta. I am disabled and can not drive far to anyone apartment.
I would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
I had a terrible experience here. It started out okay, but as soon as the neighborhood started to change ( more sketchy people moving in the apartment complex and surrounding area ) things got worse.
Then, the management started to change. Tommy is great. Tony, who was the manager of the property was great.
Then, the rats showed up right before I moved out, I alerted the new manager during my move out and she appeared very disinterested or didn't believe me. People said apartment complexes don't care if you tell them about that. I didn't think that would be true, but it was. I was shocked when I told her and she didn't seem to care.
The buildings need a lot of updating, and they need a staff that cares or just hire a bunch of people like Tommy.
I love living at The Falls at Sope Creek. The location is great, the grounds are beautiful and well maintained and the office and maintenance staff are fantastic! I would recommend to anyone!
