Honestly living here isn't worth the price. Every month something stops working, the washer and dryer machine broke, the outlet to the bathroom stopped working, the dishwasher is leaking, my kitchen light went out and we had a homeless person living in the laundry room for weeks. I told the office to let them know of these problems months ago and I'm still waiting till this day to hear from them. I say find a place that has better management and amenities work the price.

Honey no. This place is not all the video tour said. What you dont see are the roaches! Yes this place has roaches and they are getting worse. Im spraying my home weekly. The management is very slow to fix things heres a list of things Ive been waiting to fixed for months. The tub clogged up after they fixed a leak up stairs. It was clogged and had water sitting in it for 3 weeks. I called them after trying to unclog it myself. They said they would put in a maintenance order. I waited a week. I called back they said it wasnt in the system. They put the order in the system. I called back the next day to verify it was in the system and was repeatly told they are working as fast as they can my question was is it in the system. The problem was finally solved when my husband confronted them in person on his 3rd attempt. We had maintenance there that day and he let us know our work order was still not on the list. We had him fix the garbage disposal and a doorknob. 3 weeks later they stopped by to fix our garbage disposal that was already fixed. Things that need to be fixed now : leak in the kitchen, leak in the bedroom above power outlet, mold in the bedroom, water pressure on toilet now flushing properly, replace the refrigerator. The refrigerator is infested with natts or something. Moving in it looked fine. A week or 2 later it wouldnt keep anything cold. They sent someone to fix it. Took off the back panel of the freezer and dead bugs were everywhere. He was going to leave it. I bleached it seeing that they werent giving us a new one. I clean out the fridge before we buy groceries each month. There are always dead natts at the bottom of it. Its disgusting.

I have lived here at cumberland crossing for two years and my experiences here has been nothing but good! When i moved in and now the staff in and out of the office is the best. I have been in the office from time to time and people comes in there with attitude off the street for no reason and the staff keeps it professional as a place of business. And i have to say those maintenance guys are hard workers the supervisor really knows how to get the job done professionally

Been here 3 months almost .. Never come here save your self the stress

All I can say is don't do it .. Star Residential as a F rating at the BBB. Do your homework before you sign a lease ...

Love living here my building is always clean I have awesome neighbors
