The office managers have been more then great to me...when I had issues both came to check it out for themselves and tried to come up with with solutions and also follwed up with me afterwards...The maintenance staff has been great as well...had a few issues when I first moved in but they have been resolved with each passing day

The new management has been doing a wonderful job fixing the previous owner poor management of the property and apartments.

just now I REALLY HATE THAT I MOVED HERE!!!!!!!!!! THERE NOWHERE TO PARK AND TRASH EVERYWHERE. It's so embarrassing to have to not have guests because there is literally nowhere for them to park. I've gone to the leasing office about this but they don't seem to care. I have to park almost a quarter mile away from my place. Smh They just leave trash out all night. This is not a good place to stay. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the hallway This place is basically the hood THERE IS NO PARKING THERE IS NO PARKING I REPEAT NO PARKING I've had to wait up to an hour in my car just for someone to leave so I could get into my apartment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, KEEP YOUR MONEY!!!!!

The worst apartment Ive ever lived in the day I moved in to a renovated unit I had mold, my AC leaked and I had the lingering smell of a dead rodent in my bathroom. No help from the office, they just said that it will eventually go away (which it did after about a month. Throughout that time Ive had various ceiling leaks, roach infestations, and whenever it rains I a puddle of water at my back door. Also my apartment isnt level which is just outrageous. To top it all today as my family and I were just about to sit down and eat dinner we had an opossum in our kitchen. Let in by maintenance who fixed a leak behind my dishwasher and forgot to patch the whole, or maybe it came from under my rotting kitchen cabinet that I called about months ago. FYI dont move here. This is the most Ive ever paid for an apartment period. This has had more issues than any apartment Ive ever live in combined. Everyone in my building wants out their lease. Its a constant topic of conversation throughout the complex Ill go on ahead and close this out while I wait on animal control from my car
