We have lived at Dwell @ 750 for two years and have loved every minute of it! The leasing and maintenance staff are kind, accommodating, helpful, thorough, and quick! Anytime we have had any maintenance service requests, they have been so quick and thorough to fix the issues. The online portal system is so easy to use for maintenance requests, online rent payment, to view any documents, etc. Our move in process was so easy and the staff was so kind and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and all of the information we needed.

What really sets Dwell @ 750 apart from other apartment complexes is the community. They have a full-time resident advocate whose sole job is to foster community in the complex, and she does an AMAZING job. Living at Dwell @ 750 is unlike any other apartment complex we have lived in - it feels like a community and home rather than just people living in close proximity to each other and never interacting. There are always fun events going on that are great ways to get to know the other residents. We feel like we are really part of a community here.

The location is perfect! It is right off I-75, and very close to 285. 10 minutes from the Battery and the Marietta Square, 5 minutes from a Walmart, Sam's Club, Kroger, and Publix. Right in the center of where everyone wants to be right now in Smyrna / Marietta! Also, the Cobb County buses and school buses pick up right outside the complex!

The prices is amazing for the area. With all of the development of the Marietta and Smyrna area, Dwell @ 750 is an amazing value for the location and the quality of the apartments and amenities. They have not skyrocketed their rent like some of the other complexes in the area. I think this shows that they care about the residents that already live here to be able to afford their rent despite the changing and growing area.

Overall, our experience at Dwell @ 750 has been exceptional! We would highly recommend!

I've lived here nearly three years and have just renewed my lease again. The Management does their best to create a community feel within the apartment complex. There is a community outreach and they work hard to provide events for the kids when school is out. In addition, they do various events for the Adults - like bowling night for the men, sip & paint, even a movies & margaritas night. Maintenance does a good job in responding. The average for non-emergency is 48-72 hours. I've only had one emergency call and they were there within the hour. The pool is large and well-maintained. There is a gate, but it hasn't worked 75% of the time that I have lived here. That's the reason I can't give the complex 5 stars. I've not seen a major issue with bugs/roaches, but I put down roach stations every six months as a preventative. Because of this, I've never seen one in my apartment. I've made an effort to get to know my neighbors and it does make a difference. The size of the apartment for the price is an excellent value. Parking came be a little tight at times, though management is working hard to address illegally parked cars.

The office staff if accomodating and friendly. All of my issues get taken care of in a timely manner. I love the grounds, which are kept clean and pretty. It is quiet and the people are friendly. There is a great community feel here!
