If your looking for something nice & affordable check out Rosemont cityview. Beautiful view great amenities & very quiet & peaceful under new management & their great. Never any issues with maintenance or bug issues & beautiful pool & tennis court with lighting highly recommend this apt & so close to stores just renewed for another 14M

Do not rent here. The entire time I was here, the grounds were not maintained and there was trash literally overflowing onto the streets from the garbage bins. No matter how much you try to clean and make everything nice, they will still fine you a few hundred dollars of fees upon move out (for instance, we were charged for a dirty fridge even though I definitely cleaned the fridge very well upon move out.) The pool is always closed. They have no key or anything for the pool, so when it is open, there are 1000 people there who dont live there. The gym is only open during their office hours. The office is barely open and it is hard to get ahold of them.

The property management (First Communities) is horrible.Vicky the property manager has a horrible attitude & very lackluster. She doesnt care to provide exceptional customer service. The property management are writing 5 star reviews. Please go read google reviews that current tenants have left in regards to their recent experience.

If youre considering making this your new home DONT. The property is under new management (First Communites) and they are horrible to say the least. The property manager Vicky & the rest of the team have been harassing & shown discrimination towards me since they have taken over..I have resided at Rosemont for more than four years & I have not experience such filth behavior. Ive been harassed by a tenant, they have not taken action to resolve this matter. I have broken my lease & I am excited I am moving soon. This place is not worth the headache. No one in the leasing office is on accord when it comes to handling tenant issues.
