i have been living out here only for a few months...so far not so bad the staff is friendly, the maintenance can be a bit slow, but nonetheless it gets done..my only complaint is, i haven't gotten my laundry door fixed yet....its a bit pricey to live here but overall its very nice...my neighbors are a bit much but its nice and quiet here...i like it out here and would recommend it to people...Tomaya is great..(think i spelled her name wrong tho...)
Would not under any circumstances recommend living here. Communication is terrible. I've had at least 15-20 maintenance request within the last year. Some of these instances include (pest, apartment flooding, toilet overflowing, & leak in above apartment). It took over a week for some of these request to be acknowledged. The pools are always closed. The gates are always broken. All you ever receive are empty apologies. The community looks amazing and is very peaceful. However, a lot of things in my apartment were covered with paint. Once that paint began to crack after a month or so, I began to notice the rust or blemishes. If I were the management staff, I would try to maintain a healthy relationship with tenants that have given no problems and always on time with rent.. this management staff isn't that way.
Management most of the time doesn't care about our needs or doesn't look for any way to help. They always say the are going to verify and call you back. Guess what, they never call. Instead you have to go and waste your energy and time for them to do something. The pools are most of the time closed because they cannot fix the problems once for all. When I first got the new apartment it was dirty and so many things needed to be fix and still more things need to be fixed but it takes so much time and effort to make them come here that I don't even care no more.
1250 West is the perfect combination of nature and amenities. A natural lake, pretty landscaping and constant up-keep make it a lovely place to come home to. My apartment's location and layout translates to few shared walls and lots of light, a private retreat after a long day. I love the the granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths; the new kitchen and bath cabinetry; new appliances; the amount of storage; and the shelving in the closets and pantry. It's conveniently located near Marietta Square, the library, county services, Walmart, and CVS. I work near Cumberland Mall and my commute has been about 25 minutes from here (without traffic).
Neighborhood seems cools the neighbors tend to stay to themselves
