Hello know the lady at the office was over at Brookhaven plaza And SMP management sucks. They don't give a hoot.of you look for apt and an SMP management is doing the mangaging they all suck do not get no apartments by then

Ive been living in Vineville townhomes for two years now my downstairs bathroom has been flooding the ceiling is caving in and all they do is paint over it they never keep a leasing manager because theres no one ever want to fix anything they only are around when its time to pay your rent the maintenance man never does anything do not move here they do not care about the residence its all about money and if you dont want to hear gunshots every night dont move over here because theres nothing quiet about these apartments And the neighbors are even worse.. They can have this here Im going back to Atlanta

I scheduled a tour the lady working there stayed on her phone for nearly 15 minutes before acknowledging my arrival. Then answered the phone twice while touring the property. It gave me a bad idea of how their management might be if I were to rent... I'll keep looking elsewhere.
