I have been a resident for 3 years and have been very happy overall with my apartment. The community is safe, comfortable, and clean. Over the last year, it has improved ALOT. The staff we currently have is AWESOME and stays on top with everything!

As I read the comments on a place I called me for so long, before I decided to buy me a home recently, I am disgusted. I am more disgusted that people would just put anything on here. I lived here almost 6 years and I never had problems unresolved. The only problem is parking in some areas. Over the last maybe year and a half there has been more and more people moving to Rutland Apartments. Yes I have been in the office and the first young lady Courtney can be rude as ever but some people say the whole staff is. Well to each its on, me and my neighbors do not get the impression. I actually feel the guy in the white truck is great at fixing stuff, as a matter of fact the older gentleman is super, and the lady, I believe is Ms. Angel or something is nice. I loved my apartment

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars! First off, the manager of the leasing office is rude and she does things underhandedly! I feel like she should be replaced ASAP because so many people are leaving because of her. The other staff(asst manager and maintenance) is pretty nice though. But as long as shes the manager, RUN!
