Love it here.
We moved in approximately 2 months ago and have had some issues. Our biggest problem so far has been our air conditioning. When we first moved in we could not get our air to cool our apartment regardless of the setting. We tried setting it really low and it would not budge and we even tried keeping it at a steady 72 ish. It rarely holds a temp and just runs and runs. I have voiced my concerns about my power bill being high due to the air and even asked if we could move to a different unit to no avail. They did replace the unit which didn't really help as we were not getting any air from two vents. They came back out, cut a hole in our closet by the unit and patched up some duct work. This has helped however, we still a month later, have a hole in the closet and shelf removed from the work. The power bills are insane here. We keep our air set around 70 when we are home and 74 when we are gone throughout the day (rarely holds a temp) and have power bills well over $200. We keep all lights off when we aren't in rooms and we don't run things in excess yet our power bill is outrageous. I am assuming these units are just very poorly insulated and in our case the outside unit is 3 stories down. When we lived at Riverstone we could set the temp, and it would hold at that temp throughout the day with power bills at the highest $160. On the upside we love the grounds/community.
