Don't fall for the apartment upgrade. All they do is put in the fake wood floors and paint the walls grey, without primer first. Their is no celing fan in the living room. The bathrooms and kitchens are not upgraded neither. Our master bathroom toilet is 6' lower than a standard toilet and so is the sink. The kitchen sink and counter tops are from the 90's. The patio light and front door light fixtures are 10 years old. They never replenish the dog waste bags neither. The pool and office got Major league upgrading but not the apartments. My AC bill is 200 per month and my unit has been replaced 3 times now. Not maintenance fault they bust their humps it's the management and owners. I have been here two years and every few months we get a notice to inspect. I think it has happened once.
Forget about small favors like please tell the grounds keepers not to blow the dirt onto my patio I just cleaned it...again.
Upgrade apartments means upgraded! New appliances not gently used ones. New cabinets and countertops as well as windows that don't let 100 degree hot air in all summer long. Lastly, walk the property if you see people storing junk on their patio demand it's removal. If tenants complain about the weed time after time from the neighbors do something about that too.
The grounds are beautifully designed with huge potential to be $1000 a month apartments, especially being 50 feet from a huge mall. It will attract better tenants and raise your score from a 3.5 to a 4.5

These apartments are old and outdated with rusty pipes and leaking air conditioners. We shower in rust every day and buy jugs of water to drink because of the horrible rusty pipes. We also have mold coming from our air vents because the air conditioner leaks and is taped together with duct tape instead of being replaced. Any rent we have paid over the last few years didn't go into fixing the apartments but instead to remodeling the main office which didn't need to be remodeled. This is just the tip of the ice burg to the problems we have had. DO NOT recommend living here.

Not a truly pet friendly place - pets are better seen and not heard. Management and maintenance is mostly on top of things, and the upgrades being done are good. Loud and security not enforced, lots of parking lot get togethers, music at all hours that would keep me up. Please consider enforcing the 10pm curfew.
