I would highly recommend gettin this apartment
I have been living in my apartment for 4 months now. The staff is friendly and most of them live here, so they basically deal with the same issue as their tenants do, so I cannot see a reason that we should continue to have a green pool. The reason I moved here was its amenities, such as the pool and the tennis courts, and laundry facility. As a current resident there should be some changes made to the property, such as allowing the laundry card machine to actually sit in the laundry or at least keep the leasing office open so that residents can refill their laundry cards and at least once a week, have the "grounds keeper"(lazy) clean the laundry room to keep it free of trash and laundry debris. Also hire a professional pool cleaner company to restore our pool back to its original quality. I also did not appreciate the pool opening schedule when it was operational, I missed each day that the pool was available. I have requested a mailbox, but was told that they had to order new ones??? It is however a really nice place to live and my apartment is great after receiving a new thermostat, I think I can continue to afford to live out my lease. Highland Hills management...please make sure that the property continue to look like the advertisement on the website and you will be just fine. A special thanks to Johnny and Tisha, they are helpful and the try to accommodate as much as than can. Also a new maintenance staff has really helped tremendously.
This place should be demolished. The pool is filthy and we were told it had been broken for only a month.
The staff should have been embarrassed to show this
I rated it average because the neighbors or their visitors have no respect for others living here. They play their music loudly as if you want to hear it too. Other than that this is a nice place to live. Maintenance does a great job at correcting whatever problem you may have. This is a plus with me.
The staff is unhelpful and tries to rig fixes instead of the complex team hiring professionals.
