I love the staff here! They really care about you and your needs. I moved in a 2x1 with a roommate it didn't work out for us. But I love my home. Just me and my dog.
The staff here is absolutely awesome! The Property Manager Melissa really cares for everyone and the Leasing Agent Hanna is very nice and helpful.

I have never been late on my rent, I recently moved a small desk out into the front where I live on the basement. I work a full time job and go to school full time. Just recently out the military. My brothers dog came temporary till he comes back from deployment and they send me a letter telling me I owe $450 for a dog who is leaving in 2 weeks. And if I don't move my desk( which by the way I've been trying to figure out with no help) They going to charge me $25 a day to move it themselves. Because I haven't been asking for help. There help is charging me. I do not have a problem with whatever fees they throw at me. I think its rude that you wouldn't contact me personally. You give me a letter and make it seems like I'm disrespecting the rules and regulations. If I had a way of moving the desk out my door way. No one thinks I wouldn't have done that already. Minus the fact that my dish washer doesn't work. My water is not clear in my sink. My door is surrounded by webs and insects. The dog my brother dropped off before deployment have several flea/ticks. Which, I've been told Grove is famous for. I just find it very rude that if there was anything to ask me before making assumptions, simply could've asked before making me sound Insubordinate.
