Avoid the place. They do nothing to help tenants. Lots of break ins!

If you are looking for an apartment, AVOID this one. You're gonna regret it. I lived here for 6 months and I did not have a good experience. The walls are thin, you can hear your neighbor having sex or fighting. At night, is hard to sleep when you can hear the train every couple of hours. You can also hear the cars on the highway as well. The room are outdate. When I moved in, they claimed they "cleaned" it, but I had to vacuum the carpet twice and there were so much crap that came out of the carpet. Lastly, make sure you read the contract and remember to give them 60 days notices if you DO NOT want to renew your contract. Or else they would charge you for those extra 60 days even though you are moving out and not gonna live there.

SLUM. Don't move here-it doesnt even end up being cheaper than other places after the fees they add on! Your bills will be astronomically high due to everything being broken or extremely old. Very outdated and poor mainteined interiors, cigarette smell everywhere, rugs being sold all over the place and car break ins are not uncommon. This place is basically section 8 housing status. Moving asap!

I don't understand the negative comments about the new management. Tori is and has been so good to us. The maintenance team coming out at 11am to help with an issue just shows how much they put us tenants first. My dog is loved here and even has a dog park to play in. We have so many benefits being here. Our packages are secured so we don't deal with package theives. The men that have to work HOURS to pick up our trash at the dump... to pick up furniture and get rid of it so it can be clean around here. The men working almost every day on the grass. We have it easy here.... the rent we pay is a good deal considering all the things they do for us. I feel safe here -Bridgett and Brandon
