Excellent staff the ground crew keeps up with every thing a peacefull ace to live

Lived here from 2014-2016 and always had problems.

1. I had a water leak that it took the maintenance people 3 months to fix. I would get home from work to find water running down my bathroom wall and would call them. Theyd always say they would come look at it the following day during business hours. When they would come the next day the leak wasnt currently flowing. After they finally agreed to come at night and found the problem, the refused to replace the molding drywall and told me I could just scrape off the mold.
2. The roaches and bugs. Im convinced they have the apartments sprayed w sugar water not poison. Im a neat freak and yet I had to deal with so many bugs. Just gross.
3. The gate never worked.
4. The finally tipping point that caused me to move: new management bought the complex and when it came time to renew my lease upped the rent $150 a month. An extra $150 a month for my same exact apartment Ive been living in for 2 yrs. no upgades. IF I wanted them to update my apartment (pretty sure it had been updated since the 80s) I could pay an extra $200 a month. I had been living there for TWO YEARS. I was a loyal tenant with no complaints filed against me. The new management clearly did not care about their long term tenates. The only reason I dealt with all the problems was because rent was so cheap.

Have had snake in apartment. Green Mold on cement outside door. Warter leak in apartment above our bathroom. Dryer vent clogged up and warter came in on carpet and we were told it was something else.

I love how close I am to Macon, and the screened porch is my favorite hangout. Great customer service in the office too.
