Under new management who cares nothing for the tenants. They only care about inconveniencing you with unnecessary renovations. They care nothing about your work schedule & making it habitable for you. I've been here about 4 yrs & would not reccomend now. Prior staff in leasing office (who were WONDERFUL) left when new management bought the complex, taking all the hospitality with them. Also, renovations are being done poorly, walls not being dry walled after new countertops, they broke my dishwasher, carpet flooded. A whole mess.

Creekside Crossing Apartment's are by far one the top communities in the Lithonia area. The property manager Cleo and his staff Nicole, Jessica including the maintenance are the most professional people you would ever want to meet and do business with. They are efficient with issues that may arise, they get to know the residence on a personal basis and make you feel at home. I've lived in many apartment communities in my lifetime and this was the best one yet. The property is well maintained, clean and they often have community activities throughout the year for the residence which is a plus when you have children. The property is gated and well maintained whenever broken by irresponsible residents who break it. The pool area is clean and maintained. Security is visible, property is quiet and you never see residents hanging out all time of night. lived here two years and absolutely loved the experience. kudos Cleo and staff!!

Currently I'm enjoying my living experience at creekside crossing. Im very glad I chose this comm unity. The staff is very courteous and professional. The maintenance staff are extremely responsive in a timely manner. The office staff is the best. Especially Nicole. She's extremely knowledgeable and experienced in her vocation and is probably their greatest asset. She's the reason I chose creekside crossing over 2 other competitors I'd been approved at. I look forward to continued residency at creekside crossing.

We have been living at Creekside Crossing for 7months and have no complaints the staff is great Cleo, Nicole and Jessica, whenever we had an issue with the apartment the maintenance staff have been quick to respond and very professional. They had a movie night at the pool for the residence this past weekend and it was nice. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. The best part to me is the trash valet service. Keep me from having to go to the dumpster.

I use to live there lol at some of the good reviews knowing they probably paid them to say that. Its all good though nothing like peace of mind. I stick with my last review I did. I dont see it on here they mustve deleted it so Ill do another one. The money you spend there you can get a house with. Walls and ceiling are super thin. I still think the manager should be replaced the only one that does a good job as far as office staff is the young guy up front. I think he should be a manager the rest is garbage except the two guys that does maintenance.
