Crestmark

We thought we would moving in Crestmark. Very disappointed in this place giving our hope up. We paid a lot of Bills off at manager request .We complied to everything's he ask us to do. But was told as it got closer to get the apartment. It was not available. He didn't give me a courtesy call or Cynthia. Someone else call. No apology from manager or cynthia. Low blow. It could of been decently and in order. I never do that again. Go through all those changes the manager put me through for an apartment. Very disappointed.

I love this community because the staff is consistent and professional. Any time I have a maintenance issue or a question the staff works diligent to resolve my issues. I appreciate the efforts of the grounds crew ensuring the landscape is fresh and free of debris. Crestmark's customer service is top notch!

The staff is extremely helpful and caring. I was relocating to the area and they made it a super easy process. I love the area and the apartment homes are very spacious. This is a awesome place to live!

Floor plans are very spacious. The community is quiet and family friendly. Service requests are handled very quickly and the office staff is always welcoming.

I love my apt! Me and my room mate moved in back in July 2017, Jillian was our consultant and she was amazeballs!! Lol. Naw, but really she was more than helpful! POLITE! and the assisant manager is very nice as well, She is always pleasant when i'm in the office. The entire staff is good in my book! Even you too, Mark, I guess...lol lol just kidding! It's pretty straight forward @ Crestmark, obey lease contract, remember...THESE ARE APTS NOT HOMES YOU HAVE A MORE THAN BEAUTIFUL COMMUNITY/GREAT NEIGHBORS to be mindful of! Last but not least, pay rent on time! If your late communtication is key and be prepared to pay any late fees (its fair). Me and my room looooovvve our Berkley floor plan, Its the best for room mate situations! I was amazed and delighfully pleased when we went to move in our apt, the walls & ceilings are already painted very nicely! I was not expecting that, I thought that the paint colors were in and for model apt only lol. I hate to paint and I hate beige & white walls lol. Garden tubs and the closets are to pass out for! Community events are aswesome, location couldn't be more convinent i'm near everything and the amenties are amazing! WHAT THANK YOU CRESTMARK STAFF OF LITHIA SPRINGS!!!

I have lived here for 5 months and so far so good. I have placed two service requests(minor) just to see the response time in an effort to see what I would have to deal with in the future of my lease and they were fast! The first one, maintenance was there the same day! The next one (placed overnight) They were in my apartment the next day! The staff is great I always deal with Jill and she gets stuff done! The area is perfect it is close to EVERYTHING. My kids and I can walk to Chick Fil A, Mcdonalds and there is a gas station within walking distance. I love the layout of my unit, as well as the stainless steel appliances, it gives me a downtown feel in the Lithia Springs! I love the office and their system for packages its very efficient and painless. I just wish the office was open at least until 7 all throughout the week but I understand. I also love the gym, I heard they had a sauna, but they removed it. I wish they would bring that back, but overall a great community! I have two small kids and they always have events for them as well as me. I love the community, it is really a COMMUNITY, from the yard sales, to the covered bus stop for the kids to be safe, the activities for the family and so much more. The best decision I have ever made in home living!
