We have been here going on our 3rd year-amazing , quiet place-Amazing staff and the Maintenance staff -out standing. . Good schools, shopping and restaurants, all near by.
Would recommend this place if you are looking for a nice, peaceful apartments!

Maintenance is slow to respond and will only respond quickly when you place the complaint on the computer. They will say they are doing things like sitewide pest control, etc. but no one actually comes by. The older apartments are not well kept or given quality repairs. Wasps in the fireplace, mildew in the shower (that they cover up with caulking), leaky showerhead, water stains on the ceiling (covered up by spray paint), old hvac unit that will run up your bill, etc. There are much worse places to live but there are also much better places to live. Make sure you see and walk YOUR unit before moving in and take notes of the features they claim will also be in your apartment. The water, sewage, gas, electric costs $300+ here monthly in an old unit...probably thanks to the issues mentioned earlier. The grounds are kept decent, they have community events, the staff presents as friendly, the schools are nearby, it's off of 78, and near shops/restaurants.
