NOV 2019! I've been living here for almost 10 YEARS & CANT LEAVE! I love this community & the New Management & Sales Team are Phenomenal! The gate use to stay broke for months in the past with old Management Company ( my only past complaint)! Now it's fixed in a day or 3! This new team/company has made MAJOR UPGRADES!!! 1)new pavement, 2)new painted hallways, 3)new painted buildings, 4)new gym, 5)new mail room , 6)new automated package receiving, 7)newly renovated front office 8) New pool renovation 9) new grills 10) new car wash upgrades & the list goes on & on!!! I'm a firm Believer in "People dont care how much you know until they know how much you care"! They care and have shown and proved it! I just Signed my NEW 13 month lease today! The apartments are not cheap but in my opinion they are truly worth every penny! YOU WONT FIND A LARGER APARTMENT IN IN THE METRO AREA. I'll buy a house next year or so but will truly missed the living experience here! I HOPE THIS NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY & TEAM STAYS & DOESN'T SALE IT! Wish I could give them 6 stars ! Move here! You will be happy like me!!!! Great place to live! Largest luxury apartments in Gwinnett!! I love it been here over 8 years ..hard to leave. The staff is friendly knowledgeable and have great attitudes! The Veranda Patio is my second home! Love it! I would recommend these apartments to anyone who wants a nice luxury HUGE house like apartment!

Deborah is so sweet! The staff is really nice. This place is like paradise! I hope my visit turn into me staying forever...

I stopped by to try to give a tour of the apartment and to check what were the upcoming price for the 2x2. There was a leasing agent name (i think) Deborah. When I first arrived she was opening the door throwing something outside the door. She saw me did not bother opening up the door. When I came in she said yes.....my husband and my baby were coming in as well. She open up the door as if she was about to leave.. however I told her I was looking for a 2x2 . She closed the door. I explain they my husband and baby was coming to the door she looked at me and went to he seat. I opened the door and let my husband and baby in. We all sat down waiting for Deborah to give us information instead she just looked at me with such disgust . Im not going to lie....my family and I except the baby just put on any clothing and left the house. I asked ms Deborah if she can give me the price for two bed two bath for the month of May. She said the prices change everyday. I asked if she can give me just a round price of what the normal two bed to bath are price for . She tell me while right now they are 1059 and all utilities you pay by yourself. She continue to look at me disgusted. I asked if I could get a view of the apartment . She said you can look at this model.(FYI the leasing office is getting remodeled so the leasing office is in an apt. ) we just walked around looking clueless . she sat at her desk. She asked if we had any question I said yes what are the requirements. Do you have to make 3.3 times? I forgot what she said however my husband said he like the apartments. I told him yes therere really nice but by time you add up everything that we have to pay including there package we are paying at lease 1300 a month . Deborah say its okay if this is not in your price range you can always come back. Now I get upset and just leave. FYI My husband and I make individual 3x the amount of rent. My husband makes a little more. We are paying almost 1300 at our apartment now

Gates don't work and pools always closed. You pay for trash valet that hardly gets picked up during the 5 days their supposed to. Teenage kids hanging out in the street, won't move to the side so you can pass. The lady who sits in the corner office is nice, polite and always helpful but one particular lady who sits in that middle office is just rude and dismissive.
