    Place was full of roaches; we use to kill 20 each day in first couple of weeks, their pesticide service was not effective, i took care of this issue myself. AC broke 3 or 4 times during our 1 year lease. Each time it would take them minimum 7 days to fix. During these issues we had to move to our friends/family house. Play area is all broken, place is not kept clean by management and residents. After rain place is sloppy even stairs are puddles. Gym timing is not suitable for people with morning/daytime jobs. They expected residents to full fill all obligations which are mostly financial but don't do themselves much. I think they change management or employees quite often who keep using excuse oh it was not me last time. Only good thing about this place is its location, it made us outdoor person because of issues in house and options outdoor.

    Only recently moved to this property. Worked with the guys in the office and they made everything easy so I was moved in without any problems. Apartment is dope, hope everything stays chill.
