Overall it's a great place to live
Generally, the complex is secure? they keep the grounds nice and manicured. The complex could use some exterior paint though? mold accumulating on posts...
I would rate this place 0 if I could. INFESTED WITH BUGS FOR MONTHS EVEN AFTER REQUESTED SPRAY. I have been woken from sleep several times with tiny bugs crawling all over me (in pillows, sheets, blankets), not to mention the many roaches that crawl along the wall. Staff is terrible. They are extremely rude and lazy. They do not help with small requests such as changing the previous pad code to the garage. HAVE SEEN CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATORS NEXT DOOR FOR BREAK IN. Entry gate is always broken. Also, contractors in and out of my apartment on their time several times a month when I am not home, most of the time i am not notified. Have had some of them barge into my apartment without giving me even 10 seconds to open the door for them.
I would never move back in. The pool is overcrowded, the gym is too small for the large complex, the office staff is not always honest and they are not prompt with situations. We put in our notice because we bought a house and we were month to month and they said we could move with a 30 day notice. At the last minute they said 60 days. So we had to pay a mortgage and rent. Do not move to the Overlook.
Apartments are too high, for what you get. Office staff totally unorganized.
