The community took a dramatic turnaround ever since Cortland Partners have become their owners. The leasing agents are more hands on. I definitely feel like that we can become amicable with each other. The clubhouse has become more inviting since before and recommending this community to family or friends is never a bad idea.
You guys are the best
The club house should be open at least till 11pm if not 24 hours. Also the door to use the bathroom from the pool side has not work in weeks. Moreover, it's very frustrating that when the associates leave to do a showing the club house is closed. At the price range one pays for rent there should be a way to keep at least the area where resident use open. There are other complex where the club house is open 24 hours or at least till 10pm.
