Wonderful complex! Always clean, maintenance is outstanding, office staff are very responsive. My apartment is spacious and quiet, with awesome closets. I enjoy the big pool and the gym. Great location, too, in walking distance of stores, restaurants, even the movie theater. I've been her for several years, and hope to stay!

I've lived here for 3 years and haven't had any problems. I love the location and the apartments look nice. The only thing that concerns me is how small the laundry room is. 2 washers and 2 dryers is not nearly enough to serve an entire apartment complex.

Nothing special about this place. Its quality built and for the most part no issues with maintenance. Looks like the money goes to keeping the maintenance staff busy and they do their job well. Not sure this falls on them but both gates are never working for more then 2 weeks. One has been broken from I can only assume a drunk driver for months now. That and the recycling cans are always full because they are too cheap to have it picked up weekly. Why is it so hard to get proper recycling? The leasing staff on the other hand, not really sure why theyre here. Ive lived in this complex for nearly 2 years and since Covid hit the office isnt open, the community / office room and gym that they advertise and we pay for havent been open. Only one of two pools are only open. They also downsized / made more expensive the laundry room so theres issues there now. $1500 for a one bedroom on this side of Lawrenceville should give you more.

This place is way too overpriced and they charge so many fees when moving out. The leasing office is very unprofessional they lose packages you better off renting a house or townhouse with how much there apartments are

Wow!!!! The Preserve At Legacy Park is above excellence in every possible facet imaginable! I have been a resident here for the last 4 years and my stay here has been exceptional! Staff (Office): Angie, Lisa, & Christina in the leasing office are always approachable, friendly, and professional. Their execution is completely efficient in regards to follow-up with maintenance requests, package deliveries, resident activities, and events depending on the seasons and holidays. The grounds are maintained consistently many times landscaping occurs more than once a week. The grounds are pet friendly which keeps the ambiance warm and welcoming for all. I enjoy taking walks around the community and they even have a tenant car wash area on the grounds. Staff (Maintenance): Whenever I place a maintenance request it is honored if not that day, the next day always. Ken and Jason of the maintenance department keeps everything moving efficiently. Jimmy also keeps the grounds clean especially in the early hours of the morning. I always receive a follow-up phone call from the office staff after the maintenance is completed to ensure that the order was completed correctly. My apartment itself is a nice size with a walk-in closet, spacious bedroom, dining room, living room, bathroom, and nice kitchen with modern cabinets and modern appliances including a over-the-range microwave, refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. There is also a laundry room in my unit with washer and dryer hookup available that is very convenient. If you need to rent a washer and dryer that is available too. Also, shopping and dining is all around us with a movie theater not even a half a mile away. So many positives to mention about the Preserve! Great times!

I would give this place 5 stars any day. I've been living here since January . My move in process was a breeze and pleasant experience. My favorite experience of all is how attentive they are to your needs especially when you have a Maintenance issues they are very prompt with coming out and completing the problem. They even give you a courtesy call. To make sure your issues were resolved. Lisa is exceptional aswell as all of front office workers....And no roaches I love this . I would highly recommend you to move here and become a resident they will not disappoint

Been here for a while now. Nothing but great things to say. The staff is great, the apartments are great, and the service if ever requested is great! Love it here!

Not a bad thing to say about the community. The staff is professional and helpful. There are always community events for residents. I feel safe and the community is always clean. 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely love it here the staff are equally amazing there is service after the sale especially when you have the likes of Ms Christina & Ms Lisa who go above and beyond with helping residents I appreciate Ms Lisa getting my car off a difficult curb as my skills were no match to hers she came right from the leasing office to assist now that’s service not many apt commuties have people like this if any!!!💗😘

This community was an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, and schools are great . It offered amenities that most communities don’t offer. Maintenance staff are great also!
