We love it here the staff people are great and explain everything to you when you need help and we like our apartment and the rent is reasonable for us and the lawn scapes is pretty I would recommend this to everyone its a great place to live

2800 at Sweetwater is an excellent community to be a part of. Having relocated to Georgia just a year before moving there, I was not thoroughly pleased with the community where I previously resided. Additionally, 2800 at Sweetwater was closer to my child's school which minimized my drive time from 25 minutes to 10 minutes! Since my move, I have been and continue to be exceedingly pleased with the community, management, and property amenities that is 2800 at Sweetwater! I have now found my new home :-)

Absolutely horrible. Upstairs neighbors are horribly loud, screaming, shouting obscenities at her kids, crying, shrieking...all day and night. Roaches, no utility closet, no deck, no storage, no coat closet, plus a code violation brought to their attention...a very wobbly and pinched gas line that is supposed to connect to a dryer. They refuse to fix it. Rather, they want me to pay $70 out of pocket to fix THEIR code violation. I hate hate hate it here and am seeking another apartment. I will definitely be ending my lease. Avoid this place at all costs. It is horrible.
