hink this potentially could be a good place to live, but my experience has nothing short of awful. Ever since a week after we moved in part of my building parking lot has been blocked off with gates and 2-3 large dumpsters in that place that are full and overflowing almost daily. If you get off work late- you can forget about parking in front of our building you have to park 2 buildings down (thats fun in the rain). The parking lot is infested with ants to the point that they get in your car in high numbers, my boyfriend and I now keep Raid in our car. I requested at least 3 times to have my contact information change to no avail. The leasing office is hit or miss, sometimes they're at least pleasant if not helpful and a lot of times they are blunt and passively rude. Trash has been a major problem in general the first few months the compactor was broken and they propped a huge dumpster right at the front gate and trash would be all over the parking lot. They have since updated the compactor but it still breaks regularly. The landscape has been overgrown and sloppy around the buildings, the entrance looks deceivingly nice. Showers are always interesting, the hot water has a mind of its own. It took about 4 different maintenance order to get our dishwasher functional (wasn't functional on move in). Our laundry room door has fallen off the hinges for the 4th time (we are in a renovated unit believe it or not). These things might be acceptable at a different price point but for what we pay monthly. We expected a luxury apartment and these pictures are just a couple of the things we got instead. We have been here about 8 or 9 months and cannot leave fast enough. I could go on and on about my grievances and I do not expect any action by management as it would be out of the norm to accommodate a resident

Place used to be alright. Recently it has been all down. The place is just dirty. Go walk in breeze way and you will quickly understand what I mean. Not a good value for what you pay and the office staff seem to think this is the best property around, not the case. I will not be renewing my lease!

The staff are friendly and always very quick to respond to any questions that I have. I have only had 2 very minor maintenance issue arise since I moved in and they have been taken care of immediately. I feel safe in my building and have never had an issues with any of my neighbors. I've had an overall wonderful experience!

Used to be good management and good tenants. Buildings are dirty, Pet leash are everywhere despite designated area for that. Several complaints made no improvements. No security. Vehicles get vandalized. Garbage system not robust several times non operational and prompt alternative is not planned. High maint
