      The apartments are very nicely upgraded. And when issues come up as they will, the maintenance staff is outstanding - always handing problems in hours rather than days. The front office staff is always been nice and helpful. The gym and pool are super great also.

      Customer service is on point. Maintenance handles requests on time and keep you updated on pending needs. Front office personnel are very attentive and courteous.

      Beautiful and quiet community. Apartments are very nice, closet space is huge. Bedrooms are a nice size too.

      The Mill at Chastain has a very big problem, the AC units have no air filter, they put it on the wall but air go's under the closet door blowing dirty air all over everything.

      Be sure to ask many questions before signing a lease. They continue to add fees on top of rent that are a bit obscure. A package service costing $180 is forced on you. The Water/Sewer add on appears to be an arbitrary charge not affected by your individual usage. Single residents pay a disproportionate amount of the building's water and sewer usage.
