          This apartment screwed me over to no end. I was told on the phone by a representative in February that we only needed a 30 days notice. There was no online copy of the lease, so I had to ask. Come renewal time, my portal shows that our lease ends June 26th, so I give notice around May 5th after an email reminder. Turns out the lease actually ends June 15th, and we needed a 60 days notice, not 30. But because I was given this information over the phone and not in writing, this complex decided to fine myself and my roommates $1700!!!!!!!! for the late renewal notice. A whole month of rent. Not to mention a bogus $300 water charge when two people had already moved out. Im still having to pay it off to this day and the staff was no help and utterly rude. They could not take responsibility that the office employee told us the wrong information. Not to mention the appliances always broken with a Maitenance team who did a subpar job fixing them, dirty environment, gates that never work and a pool that is usually closed. Dont waste your money or your time living in this overpriced place.

          Tons of move out fees. Tried to charge $100 if you dont return stupid parking sticker. Tons of roaches.

          This place is priced high and very low quality. First off the pros of this place is its location, its very close to all the major things in kennesaw, and thats it. The cons of this place: 1) ROACHES, they're everywhere all the time and no one is willing to do anything about it. 2) MANAGEMENT, quite literally the least competent management ever, they literally just tell you everything is your fault when you try to report any issues with them, this includes the maintenance staff who don't do anything at all for most of the day. 3) SCAMS, this place is literally about getting you trapped to pay them more money to fix the issues you didn't cause so that they don't have to. 4) PARKING, this one might be minor to some and I can only speak for the area near my building but there is literally never enough parking after 6pm everyday no matter the day and for those of us that commute its so annoying to have to walk across the subdivision because thats the only place to find parking. In my personal opinion and that of my two roomates, save yourself the trouble and apply to live somewhere else because its literally unlivable unless your ok with being covered in roof mold, roaches, some rats, and an incompetent management team/ staff.

          I tried calling and sending emails but could not get any response to set up a schedule time to View Apartments so I decided to show up during hours. The office door said open come in but was locked. I knocked and could clearly see two people sitting inside both refused to acknowledge we were at the door and did not open it. After standing at the window looking in and knocking and making an other attempt at reaching someone inside via phone we left. We went to an apartment complex down the street where they were friendly and welcoming and signed in a rental agreement with them!

          We looked at a 2 bedroom 2 bath and we really liked the layout. The girl that took us around was very nice and explained everything. Hopefully we will be a current resident soon.
