ITS A BEAUTIFUL PLACE, HABITABLE AND CHILDREN FRIENDLY.
The staff was very Professional and super nice. I fell in love with the model apartment.
These apartments are ROACH infested and the premises are not very well maintained. The office staff lacks integrity but smiles in your face like everything is fine. Avoid these apartments if possible, you will be glad you did.
Visited the complex and was quoted higher rates advertised on their website. Carmen provided $870 for the 2bedroom/2bath, lake view $35 and upgrade $75. On the application the pricing shows, it was cut and pasted over the original amount, to show the $870 quoted at the time of my visit. The website displays one bedroom $740 & 2bd/2bath $840. The application displays lake view $35 and upgrade $45. After asking why the price displays different on the site that being quotes, Carmen stated she has to update the site. That was a month ago 11/27, and the price still shows $840 and today is 1/1/2018. After speaking with residents, gaining a feel for the community, I was advised the water bills are averaging $100-$150 monthly (many without washer and dryers). Their unable to locate the management company/owner of the complex. The apartments are nice, however price gouging and inflation of water prices, have become the practice of the new management/leasing officers. Residents are singing petitions and has been unsuccessful with the 3rd party, water billing company. The complex was recently on the news for not having workable boxes for all the residents for months.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
