Previous Management Company
I have been in these apartment for 1yr and 7month we have at least 5 property manager or set of people working in the office the set that is in here now they are so worry trying fixing up around the rent office or place new item in apartment that people have not move in instead fixing up apartment that people are living in now. Paying for pest still have not have anybody come to stray. They just start putting toilet in. But they only going to go up rent when your lease up.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Management changes per month, new people in the rent office every 2-3 weeks!! Maintenance never shows, and if they do, they do not fix anything! Theres no phone in the office, so if youre trying to reach them for any reason, youll be stuck!! Keep my apartment clean, but still see a bug from time to time (never seen pest control but I pay for it)... the only thing is its spacious
