Ive been here less than a month and this place has RATS IN THE KITCHEN. The apartment complex refuse to do anything about it.

I have been a resident since 2020 . This is a great property and thanks to the new management and her staff for the changes they are making to this property .. Cori and Amber are both outstanding

love my unit it's has space amenities it's quite management is fabulous polite and know their job I do recommend. thanks Amber

I have been in these apartment for 1yr and 7month we have at least 5 property manager or set of people working in the office the set that is in here now they are so worry trying fixing up around the rent office or place new item in apartment that people have not move in instead fixing up apartment that people are living in now. Paying for pest still have not have anybody come to stray. They just start putting toilet in. But they only going to go up rent when your lease up.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Management changes per month, new people in the rent office every 2-3 weeks!! Maintenance never shows, and if they do, they do not fix anything! Theres no phone in the office, so if youre trying to reach them for any reason, youll be stuck!! Keep my apartment clean, but still see a bug from time to time (never seen pest control but I pay for it)... the only thing is its spacious

The staff has excellent customer service!! I notice the change that they are bringing into the community!

I've been a resident here at Ashlar townhome almost 3 years now. Every Since the new management took over and the new staff came they have been really great and understandable they always answer their phone and every time I come to the office everyone always great me with a smile. Property manager Lesha and the assistance Manager Dynastee are just the sweetest, helpful, caring and always available to speak and always response to my email with a timely manner. maintenance staff are great they always call with an update on my work orders. I gladly appreciate the staff Thank You!

Love the fact that we finally have the right people , they care and is working hard to get this community back on track!! Thanks ICER and thanks to our new property manager!!! I definitely recommend this place for family !!

Great team at this office, man. They are always friendly, and have smiles on their faces. Working with them was super easy... Monic the property manager is super responsive and you can tell she takes a ton of pride in her work. Didn't lease here, but have to say it was a great experience!

Friendly and helpful staff. Property is older but the upgrades are really nice.

This is the most ghetto and ratchet place to move to I wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless bum I filled out an application online and and it was 50 dollars plus and 150 admin fee I paid it and I went to look at the property it was offensive to think I would’ve stayed there trash stacked so high it’s falling out the bin doors and blinds damaged abandoned apartments with boards in the windows And then I called and asked for my money back I’ve been waiting now for 2 weeks or more for a refund from amber but they have the right one Wednesday it will be a civil suit against them I will get my money back one way or another

This place is infested with roaches, and rats . Trash on the side of the buildings or around the dumpster. Police is always around due to drug activities and someone broke into my house... The office management don’t communicate with each other.

They are the worse townhouses to live in. They never answer the phone in the office. They are never in the office during regular business hours. They do not complete maintenance requests.
