The apartment they gave me was so horrible. Smelled as though someone smoked inside everyday. The staff advised me it was painted and that is all they could do. I paid to have my own guy paint it 2 times and never could get the smell out. The AC was broken and took 1 week to get fixed in June. When it came to moving out they said they were not given enough notice so they charged me a full months rent plus an extra 2 weeks. I received a bill of over $1900 and I had spent over $1000 when I moved in just to make the apt livable. Check around for better apartment.

i dont live here but im very interested in moving here the management team from my experience is very nice and helpful and kind the property and also the apartments look very well kept...they look clean and fairly new

The apartments are large with 9 ft ceilings. They seem to be well maintained. The management is helpful and responsive, for the most part. I recommend this quiet neighborhood.
