Villas At Hampton

I lived here from 2017-2019. Other than cockroaches, gnats & still till this very day getting the run around on collecting my deposit back, it was ok.

Its been like this since Christmas 2019!!! There is nothing more to say!! Luxury Apartment-ha....-Southwest Atlanta..the hood...a ghetto!!!

This review is long over due. At first, when I moved in, everything was fine. I had no complaints. A couple months, after moving in, I had an ant problem by my kitchen and the ceiling was leaking. Maintenance came and painted the wall and fixed the leak. After that, I started having a water bug problem. I would see them every couple of months but then the problem became weekly. I told the manager about it and pest control came a couple of times, but they stopped coming after I reported the issue twice to the new manager. Also, an ant problem occurred in my bedroom and there was a leak. Living here became very uncomfortable and management never fixed the problem in my room. In addition, the leasing office gave me a hard time getting my security deposit back. I literally had to go back and forth for months to get what was owed to me. I would not recommend living here.

I have not lived in an apartment since 1997 and I must say that we were a little......well a lot apprehensive about our decision to downsize and move into an apartment however Villas has been really quite a wonderful experience for us. Had a problem with water bugs at first but we figured out what works just as we had before we sold our house and its been smooth sailing! Never a maintenance issue! He stopped by on an off day just because he knows I have a phobia! We will renew our lease!

Rent is affordable for the smaller layouts. The whole area is regularly cleaned and kept nice. The pool is really nice and clean. Management is great, the community is nice from what I can see. They did a community pool party recently. Regularly gives out Papa Johns coupons from management. They allow pets. Everything was great until someone moved into the apartment above us and he walks around as if he's in a marching band. Also if something breaks down in your apartment, good luck trying to get maintenance to fix it. We have been without a shower for about a week, and management definitely knows about it cause we have been calling day in and day out and have also went into the office ourselves, we even sent in a maintenance request but it was sent back to us saying it was completed but nothing was done, it's still broken. Besides that everything is great.

Look for something cleaner and nicer for your money
