I would like to begin by saying this property is military friendly!.. and pet friendly! The on-site property office manager, Katie, and the maintenance manager, Mike, are genuine and go above and beyond for their residents! I actually look forward to paying my rent every month, so I can say hello to these two. I would recommend this property to ANYONE looking for a quiet community. Thank you so much!!

I came by the office, which happened to be the same layout as the unit I am looking into. The lady was helpful and showed me what to expect for the unit.

Apartments are now a wreck after management change. Poop landmines everywhere for months at a time (only time they go away is after heavy weather). Told management about it, she made it sound like she is doing me a great favor for enforcing the apartment guidelines but nothing has been done. Dog park fence is partly destroyed and grass is dead. If you have kids, be careful where they play. They keep promising to build a playground for the kids (which is going to be right next to the dog park), however all they did was clear the area and cover it with hay.

Ive been a resident of Sterling Apartments since 2017. When I moved in I was rehoming my family due to a fire. Stephanie, made the move in process very simple and ensured I had everything I needed to get in the property and start over. Recently we have undergone new management and Ms. Wells has been amazing at taking the helm and elevating the propertys dedication to its residents. The property is right outside of Gate 2 for those of us that work on base this is super convenient! I gave it four stars because I want a POOL! Lol but seriously intending on being a longtime resident. Thanks for all you do. Id be remiss if I forgot to mention the man who single handedly keeps this place together, our maintenance guy Mike! Very professional, keep you updated and asks for clarification to make sure the job is done right the first time.

I am very displeased with the customer service here. I literally drove all of the way from Downtown Augusta which is about 20 miles to view this apartment complex. I arrive around 2pm and as I am walking up to the leasing office, there are two ladies standing outside, and they tell me that they'll be back at 2:30p. So I walked around the neighborhood just to look around see how well maintenance the place is. And it's very quiet, and clean and neat. But no playground for the kids, no gym, and no pet park. That was strike two for me. And so I walk back to my car to sit and wait until 2:30p. The two ladies I saw standing outside, disappeared into the office. So once I saw it was 2:30, I decided to walk to the office because I was under the impression that the ladies were ready. Once I get to the door, there is a sign that says " Sorry, we missed you, we will be back at 3:45p". I absolutely refuse to wait another hour and 15 min just to view an apartment. Sterlington Apartments will never have my interest again!!!
