Riverstone Apartments

I have enjoyed staying at Riverstone Apartments. The staff are very friendly and they address any issues you have in a timely professional manner. The community is well lit and they maintain the grounds quite well. The is more than enough parking to accommodate the residents and guests. They have areas for pets and a car wash located on the premises which is pretty convenient.

Being new to the area, I checked out multiple apartment complexes in the area and immediately noticed the quality and prices of Riverstone were hard to beat. The initial tour I took was great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Upon moving in, the outside and inside of the apartments are top quality and everything is brand new. The amenities are great as well, I regularly use the car wash, pool, gym, and club house area.

Ive lived here for about 4 years now and I love it!!!!! Its a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The apartment buildings are well maintained and they have wonderful maintenance workers who are always on top of every service work Ive requested. The landscape is well maintained and trash bins are always kept cleaned and decent. This apartment complex has easy access to the freeway and close to grocery stores and schools. I highly recommend riverstone apartments to anyone. Pet friendly, gym is open during office hours and the staffs at the office are people friendly. Robert Hudson who is the manager is always available when you need assistance. I suggest to come in and see one of the lovely ladies at the office for details! Highly recommended!!!!!

With the new management I am really enjoying living here the maintenance doesnt take no longer then 24hrs to get the job done and it been really enjoyable living here

Truly have LOVED my time at Riverstone! My children an I will miss the staff, the maintenance fabulous crew, the wonderful events held in the beautiful lobby (breakfasts, bingo, social nights, and more), the gorgeous pool, corn hole, and fitness center...You can literally walk to Starbucks, Aldi, a plethora of restaurants, boot camp gyms, car service stations, nail salons, smoothies, ice cream and more....Amazing location, staff, spacious apartments with well-maintained grounds. Thank you, Riverstone for a wonderful past 5 years and for being a big chapter in the life of my family...:) You all are the best!!! Thank you for all the coffees in the lobby - so grateful!

Apartment itself is very drafty, and poorly insulated. The community gates are in poor repair, and valet trash service unreliable. Highway noise is also quite notable, and they will get you with their miscellaneous fees. -Oh and look out for bugs. Never had a problem with roaches before this, even while living in Florida. Had issues with billing. Nobody reached out to notify me that they did not receive my payment for over a month, and when I finally came to the office personally to inquire, they served me notice by the end of the day due to "not paying my rent", and locked me out of my online payments, meaning I had to go to walmart to pay my rent. when I spoke to management regarding the misunderstanding, notice was canceled however, the manager was extremely unprofessional and offensive to me, using inappropriate language. The community insisted to charge me late fees, and other occurring fees, that would not have occurred if someone had communicated that there was a problem. When this issue was brought up to regional management, the situation was also poorly mitigated, on that level. Would not recommend.
