Riverstone Apartments

I have enjoyed staying at Riverstone Apartments. The staff are very friendly and they address any issues you have in a timely professional manner. The community is well lit and they maintain the grounds quite well. The is more than enough parking to accommodate the residents and guests. They have areas for pets and a car wash located on the premises which is pretty convenient.

Being new to the area, I checked out multiple apartment complexes in the area and immediately noticed the quality and prices of Riverstone were hard to beat. The initial tour I took was great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Upon moving in, the outside and inside of the apartments are top quality and everything is brand new. The amenities are great as well, I regularly use the car wash, pool, gym, and club house area.

I love living at Riverstone! The staff are always super helpful and the maintenance are timely. They do lots of events and food trucks. The apartments are big and the community is beautiful.

The front office team's professionalism, dedication, and friendly demeanor have significantly enhanced my living experience. This complex has the best maintenance team! They consistently go above and beyond to ensure that residents' needs are met promptly and effectively. Anthony does a great job at not only being professional but explaining each issue from beginning to end. Big thanks to the entire staff!

Ive lived here for about 4 years now and I love it!!!!! Its a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The apartment buildings are well maintained and they have wonderful maintenance workers who are always on top of every service work Ive requested. The landscape is well maintained and trash bins are always kept cleaned and decent. This apartment complex has easy access to the freeway and close to grocery stores and schools. I highly recommend riverstone apartments to anyone. Pet friendly, gym is open during office hours and the staffs at the office are people friendly. Robert Hudson who is the manager is always available when you need assistance. I suggest to come in and see one of the lovely ladies at the office for details! Highly recommended!!!!!

With the new management I am really enjoying living here the maintenance doesnt take no longer then 24hrs to get the job done and it been really enjoyable living here

Upon approaching these apartments my first thought is that they were beautiful, clean and the staff is friendly! I toured with Ashley (leasing agent) and she was such a pleasure to work with! She puts her all in her tours, very informal and responds very quickly with updates!She definitely sold the apartments in the best way. I didn’t even care to look at any other apartment complex. Unfortunately my orders changed and I’m PCSing to another state but had I stayed here these would definitely be the apartments for me!

I would like to send a shout out the new maintance head guy for coming to my rescue on Thursday September 28 2023. I missed and wash my necklace down the bathroom drain and was afraid I wasn't going to be able to retrieve it. It is of sentimental value my husband gave it to me for my birthday one year during his first deployment. It was at the end of the day that he came by before leaving for the day and retrieved it from the drain. I am so grateful for him and all the guys who work hard to fix problems big or small. You are appreciated!!

We have a friend that lives here. It is in a Great area and nice amenities!

I love this community! It’s so beautiful, convenient to everything and the staff are amazing. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking to move to this area.

I am very picky when it comes to where I live. I don’t have high standards but I do have standard ls and expectations I am not willing to compromise. Thankfully, this complex is somewhere I wouldn’t mind staying at for a long time. My family got here before I did for the tour and they called and said “Rya, I love it already, look at the pool”. The staff was kind, considerate and willing to make it feel like home…even gave a second tour just so my sister can video it. I moved in quickly and did have a huge bug issue. Luckily that got solved. I did live on the first floor and the neighbors above me were loud but the office worked with us constantly. After not being able to find a middle ground, I volunteered to move and they worked with me to make it happen. Anytime I have a problem, they do what they can to help and THATS what I appreciate. I understand that I live in an apartment complex and it comes with its ups and downs, but when you have a legit community around to help, it turns your apartment into a home.

Being thankful not only shows good manners, but a simple expression of thankfulness can go a long way in relationships and communication with others. It not only enhances our own lives, but makes other people feel appreciated, I just withdraw my profit of $9,548 from my account thanks a lot ma'am Jane.
